Moms Circles
I am offering in-person moms circles in Poland and Austria as well as online circles.
You can request a moms circle or sign up to my newsletter if you want to stay in the loop about upcoming events!
Why moms circles?
Motherhood is a portal, crazy magical but also intensely challenging. I believe the initiation of motherhood (matrescence) is coded in our DNA, but we need awareness, space and community to fully integrate its teachings and gifts. So, four months after my son’s birth, I started to host circles to create communities where we support each other.
What is a moms circle?
There is something special that happens when we come together with the intention to simply be and share our truths. Motherhood is a wild ride, reshapes our identity, relationships, bodies, and worldview. Yet, in today’s world, many of us navigate it with little space to make sense of it all and away from family, cultural roots, or shared language.
In circles, we create space to say the things that cannot be voiced elsewhere, find recognition in each other’s stories, integrate learnings and find new strength. Together we continue the tradition of women’s circles where we share the unique experiences of this time, gathering in support and solidarity, honoring the ongoing unfolding of the journey of motherhood.
At a circle, we
Connect with like-minded moms
Exchange wisdom, laughter, and support in a cozy space
Share our stories, celebrate our unique journeys
Tap into our imagination, playfulness and our body’s wisdom
Close with a small ritual to take new energy out into our daily lives
Where to find us
I am currently running monthly in-person circles in Gdynia and the TriCity area. You can follow my Facebook page or request to join our Facebook group to hear about upcoming gatherings and connect with other moms.
I’ve also initiated a circle in Warsaw, you can find their facebook group here.
About me
I’m Theresa—facilitator, community builder and mother of a little boy. I’ve been holding space for communities for over 10 years, across Europe and East Africa, and am now working with mothers. My approach is nervous-system aware and rooted in respect for many ways of knowing and being. I don’t aim to teach or fix and often show up just as I am on any given day, sharing my own struggles.
